Missions

  • Collaborate with our experienced recruitment team to identify top-tier candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Assist in conducting initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate potential fits for both local and international job opportunities.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to presenting job offers and managing candidate onboarding.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs, ensuring that new hires are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for success.
  • Contribute to the creation and enhancement of recruitment and training materials, including job descriptions, training modules, and company presentations.
