Additional Information:
- Salary: 15,000 MAD (negotiable).
- Location: Casablanca.
Missions
- Implement Quality Policy: Develop and establish the company's quality policy. Conduct regular internal audits and prepare tools to evaluate the company's quality status.
- Ensure Quality of Processes and Products: Regularly gather information on the company's quality status. Identify and define processes that need improvement.
- Train Employees: Raise awareness among employees about quality concepts. Train and inform them about procedures to maximize quality.
- Create and Distribute Company Quality Guide: Develop a quality guide for the company and distribute it to all employees and managers.
- Develop Corrective Measures: If needed, devise corrective measures to restore or improve quality.
- Promote Official Standards: Encourage the adoption of official standards such as ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 and ensure compliance with required quality levels.
- Examine Returned Products and Complaints: Check returned products and, if necessary, review customer complaints to address quality issues.
Requirements
- Holds a master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the agri-food industry
- Certified in ISO 22000 and ISO 9001
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene rules and HACCP
- Risk anticipation skills,Initiative-driven, with a strong ability to propose solutions
- Fluent in English and french
- Knowledge of control analysis procedures and methods
- Competent in technical requirements analysis and strong managerial skills
