Job Description

We are seeking an Office Manager for our client, a group operating in the real estate, agri-food business, and energy sectors, based in TémaraThe ideal candidate will be bilingual (French and English), with the mission to manage the entire office and its needs. Proficiency in German is a plus.

  • Salaire: To be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.
  • Lieu: Témara.

Missions

  • Full office management: opening the office, ensuring supplies are stocked, and addressing material needs.
  • Preparation and follow-up of invoices and payments.
  • Managing payroll and expense reports.
  • Handling cheque deposits and banking transactions.
  • Coordination with service providers and contract management.
  • Ensuring the proper upkeep of the office space.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor's Degree (Bac+3) in Administration or a related field
  •  3 to 5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a similar sector
  •  Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
  •  Proficient in Administrative IT tools (Excel, management software)
  •  Excellent command of both French and English, both written and spoken
