Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant to the General Manager for our client, a group operating in the real estate, agri-food business, and energy sectors, based in Témara. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (French and English), with advanced knowledge of accounting and financial tools. Proficiency in German is a plus.


-Salaire: To be negotiated based on experience and qualifications.

Missions

  • Assist the General Manager in daily tasks.
  • Monitor accounting files and manage financial documents.
  • Budget calculation and financial forecasting.
  • Handle internal and external communications.
  • Organize appointments and meetings.
  • Manage certain administrative tasks.

Requirements

  •  Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Bac+3) in Accounting, Finance, or Administration
  •  At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  •  Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial tools
  •  Excellent command of both written and spoken French and English
    Knowledge of German is a plus
  •  Strong interpersonal skills, time management, organization, and adaptability
  •  Excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience
