Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant to the Operations Director for our client, a group operating in the real estate, agri-food business, and energy sectors, based in Témara. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (French and English), with Availability and flexible schedule to accompany the Operations Director on work trips. Proficiency in German is a plus.

Missions
- Accompany the Operations Director on frequent business trips.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Operations Director.
- Organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Manage internal communications and track ongoing files.
- Coordinate with teams and follow up on operational projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor's Degree (Bac+3) in Administration, Management, or a related field
- Availability and flexible schedule to accompany the Operations Director on trips
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and comfortable with frequent mobility
- Excellent command of both written and spoken French and English
Knowledge of German is a plus - Strong interpersonal skills, time management, organization, and adaptability
